If you want to change your coal merchant— THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO 1 Find out if the new merchant you have chosen will accept you as a customer. 2 If he says he will, get an application form from him, or from your Local Fuel Overseer. Forms will be available from the 7th March. Complete the form and make sure your NEW merchant signs or stamps it accepting you as a customer. 4 Send the form to your Local Fuel Overseer as soon as possible after the 7th March BUT IN ANY CASE NOT LATER THAN 31st MARCH.
