236 THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT 1. Find out if the new merchant you have chosen will accept you as a customer. 2. If he will, get an application form from him or from your Local Fuel Overseer. 3. Complete the form and make sure your NEW merchant signs or stamps it accepting you as a customer. 4. Send the form to your Local Fuel Overseer as soon as possible, AND IN ANY CASE NOT LATER THAN 31st MARCH. The Local Fuel Overseer will let you know when your new regis- tration has been completed and it will come into effect on the 1st MAY.
