225 WAR SAVINGS CAMPAIGN "... he chases Nazi tanks!" What —in that tractor ? No. But he covers a lot of ground in his spare time: he runs our village Savings Group. What's that to do with Nazi tanks ? Well, by going round the village and the farms he's got us all to cut our spending to the bone and save every bob we can. I still don't see the point : Here's the point. We free labour and materials for making tanks and all the other things we need to chase the Nazis : the money we save and lend helps to pay for the job.
