FILLING: 4 rashers chopped; 6 oz. mashed potato; 2 eggs, reconstituted; 2 teaspoons chopped parsley; 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs; salt and pepper. METHOD: Make pastry by creaming fat and potato. Add flour and mix to a pastry dough. Line sandwich tin with half of pastry. For the filling, mix potato, bacon and parsley, mixed herbs and seasoning.
