The New Ration Book: RE-REGISTER The new Food Ration Book will take the place of three books — the old Main Book, the Points Book and the Yellow Supplement — on July 26. Millions of this new Book have already been delivered, but it takes some time to deal with 45,000,000 and you needn't worry if yours hasn't come yet — you'll be having it any day now. As soon as you get it you should re-register (for everything except milk), with the shops you chose. There is no registration for tea. In choosing your shops, take no notice of promises of delivery.
