5 DISHES FROM 1 RECIPE * Ingredients: 1 level tablespoon dried egg, 4 oz. flour, pinch of salt, 1/2 pint milk and water mixed. Method: Mix dry ingredients. Add sufficient liquid to make a stiff mix- ture. Beat well, add rest of liquid and beat again. YORKSHIRE PUDDING Make a knob of fat smoking hot in a baking tin and pour in the batter. Cook in a brisk oven for about 30 mins. TOAD-IN-THE-HOLE Use batter with sausages or meat left- overs. Cook for 30 minutes. SWEET PANCAKES Melt a knob of fat in frying pan; let it get "smoking" hot.
