118 43 118 How to get your New Ration Book The new Rationing Period begins in July. Early application for new ration books will save time and trouble. Here is the way to do it : (1) Fill in the REFERENCE LEAF, which is the postcard in your present ration book, before cutting it out. (Please write in block letters, and make certain the postcard is your own and that it is correctly filled in.) (2) If the holder of the ration book is under 18 give the date of birth. (3) The address at the top should be the same as the address on the front cover.
