Add salt and pepper, then reconstitute, following directions on the packet. Dried eggs, you know, are whole, shell eggs dried and packeted when they're absolutely new-laid. Beat the mixture well, then add I tablespoonful of milk for each egg, and beat again. Melt a small knob of margarine in a saucepan and pour in the eggs.
