Chocolate Cake MADE WITH DRIED EGGS 418 INGREDIENTS : 2 oz. margarine; 3 oz. sugar; 2 level dessertspoons syrup: 3 level tablespoons dried egg, DRY; 6 tablespoons water; vanilla essence; 6 oz. plain flour; 1 level teaspoon baking powder; 1 level tablespoon cocoa; 1/4 level teaspoon salt; 1 level teaspoon bicarbonate of soda; about 1/4 pint milk or milk and water. ICING: 11/2 oz. sugar; 11/2 oz. mar- garine; few drops of vanilla essence; level 2 tablespoons soya flour; 1 level tablespoon cocoa; 1 tablespoon hot water.
