In 2.5 minutes a lovely omelette

1 Jan 1944

In 21/2 minutes It's so easy with dried eggs! Even if you've never made an omelette before, you can make a perfect one by following these simple instructions. Omelettes are easier to make with dried eggs, because the yolks and whites are already blended together. What's more, made this way they taste simply grand. In fact in a tasting test made recently with dried egg and shell egg omelettes few people could find any difference between them! To make the omelette, reconstitute two eggs —that is, mix two level tablespoons dried eggs with four tablespoons water.
