And because it's real egg custard, it's nourishing. A grand addition to stewed fruit or to a steamed pudding. And it tastes simply delicious! Here's the recipe: 2 level tablespoons dried eggs, DRY; 2 level tablespoons flour; 1 level tablespoon sugar; 1 pint milk (or milk and water); a pinch of grated nutmeg. Mix the dry ingredients together, taking care to get all the lumps out of the dried eggs at this stage.
