429 LASHINGS OF CUSTARD! Made in 10 minutes with dried eggs— it tastes delicious! If you've never made custard with dried eggs, then you've no idea how easy it is! And because it's real egg custard, it's nourishing. A grand addition to stewed fruit or to a steamed pudding. And it tastes simply delicious! Here's the recipe: 2 level tablespoons dried eggs, DRY; 2 level tablespoons flour; 1 level tablespoon sugar; 1 pint milk (or milk and water); a pinch of grated nutmeg. Mix the dry ingredients together, taking care to get all the lumps out of the dried eggs at this stage.
