THOUSANDS OF WOMEN NEEDED FOR A.A. DEFENCES TO RELEASE MEN Men and women at A.A. sites share the same mess. The ATS girls already on this work have won deep FOR THE OFFENSIVE respect from the men. When our men bring the full weight of our offensive to bear upon the enemy, our towns must not go undefended. And yet as many of our fighting men as possible will be needed at the front. That is why thousands more women are needed now to take over Anti-Aircraft operation in the ATS. It is considered one of the best jobs in the Service.
