4### You'll enjoy this COTTAGE PUDDING Made with dried eggs, it's nourishing and tastes GOOD! This is a delightful baked pudding, as simple and wholesome as it sounds, and very easy to make. The eggs in it give it added richness. Mix together 8 oz. plain flour and 4 level teaspoons baking powder (or 8 oz. self-raising flour, if you prefer); 2 level tablespoons dried eggs, dry: and a pinch of salt. Be sure you get out all the lumps in the dried eggs, either by rubbing between the fingers or crushing against the side of the bowl with a spoon.
