224 Buy 13/4% Exchequer Bonds (1950) THESE Bonds are specially designed for those who cannot prudently invest for a long period yet wish to play their full part in the financing of the war. They are issued at par and will be repaid at par on the 15th February, 1950. Interest is payable on the 15th February and the 15th August each year. Income tax will be deducted from interest payments of over £5 per annum. Subscriptions will be accepted in any amount, not being less than £50. Issued by the National Savings Committee.
