341 TO ALL EMPLOYERS COMPULSORY NOTIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT Control of Employment (Notice of Termination of Employment) Order, 1943 THIS Order comes into force on 20th August, 1943. It requires employers to give written notice to a local office of the Ministry of Labour and National Service immediately any em- ployee between the ages of 18 and 65 (men) and 18 and 60 (women) gives or receives notice to terminate employment. If the employ- ment is terminated without notice you notify immediately on termination.
