We're up against it! We work or want

1 Jan 1947

415 We're up against it! WE WORK OR WANT It is producing too little, not too much, that may bring about widespread unemployment in Britain today. For example, too little coal is being mined. The result is that many factory workers are on short time. Today there is far more work waiting to be done than there are men and women to do it. That's why we've all got to work harder and produce more. Never mind about the other fellow. Say to yourself "I will do my share." A challenge to British ###it.
