MINISTRY OF WORKS & BUILDINGS COMPULSORY DISCLOSURE OF (Defence (General) Regulations, 1939, No. 56AAA. S.R.& O. 1942 No. 761) EVERY OCCUPIER OF PREMISES in the areas of the United Buildings specified below must furnish to the Ministry of Works and a return of any accumulation on those premises of 3 tons or more of metal suitable for scrap. Returns must be made on a prescribed form* within 30 days of 14th May, 1942 or of any subsequent day on which such an amount of metal suitable for scrap is brought on the premises.
