430 MINISTRY OF WORKS & PLANNING COMPULSORY DISCLOSURE OF SCRAP METAL EVERY PREMISES in Great Britain must Planning a return of any accumulation of metal suitable for scrap. within 30 days of the 21st such an amount of metal (Defence (General) Regulations, 1939, No. 56AAA, S. R. & Os. 1942, Nos. 761 and 1723.) RETURNS MUST BE MADE BY 21st OCTOBER THE OCCUPIER OF furnish to the Ministry of Works and on those premises of 3 tons or more Returns must be made on the prescribed form September, 1942, or of any subsequent day on which suitable for scrap is brought on to the premises.
