387 They're a fine bunch of lads Padre, you've got a Boys' Club to be proud of all right. But of course your job doesn't finish here does it? Launching lads on life is rather like launching ships. Having got them that far you've got to set them on the right course next. It's quite a responsibility but I might be able to help a little.
