These cover wheat, flour, sugar, oil seeds and vegetable oils, meat, bacon, cheese, and milk. Further subjects cover food production; the slaughtering of livestock; food imports and shipping; rationing; and the destruction of food stocks through shipping losses and air raids. The file also includes a report on the egg control and marketing scheme in Northern Ireland; and discussions on the distribution and storage of food.
