183 THE BAN ON ALL FORMS OF HEATING is again in force WHAT THE ORDERS SAY: The ban on central heating has been reimposed in all premises except private houses (provided they do not or mainly for industrial purposes ; have more than 10 living rooms or all kinds of hospitals ; schools and bedrooms) ; premises used wholly children's homes and nurseries. The ban on all other methods of heating rooms has also been reimposed.
