217 WAR SAVINGS CAMPAIGN "...our Chairman's a headache to Hitler!" How's that? He looks mild enough. Ah! you should see the way he works for the Savings Movement! He's Chairman of our Local Savings Committee, and in a few weeks he's actually doubled the number of our War Savings Groups. And got us all to increase our weekly Savings too! How does that help to get Hitler down? That's just the point. He says we must all cut our personal spending to the bone, so as to release materials and labour to win the War— and he takes good care that we do it.
