The plus bread THIS WEEK'S FOOD FACTS Apart from its benefit to our health, National Wheatmeal Bread will save many thousands of tons of shipping. But our stocks of white flour must not be wasted. So the change from white bread to National Wheatmeal will be gradual. Until white flour is exhausted, bakers may use up to one-quarter of white flour in making National Wheatmeal Bread. After April 6th there will be no more white bread, but up to one-quarter white flour may, for a time, still go into National Wheatmeal.
