THIS WEEK WHAT EVERYONE MUST DO DATE OF BIRTH HERE IF UNDER 18 1 Fill in the details asked for on the counterfoil SPARE ONE at the top of page 23 of the Ration Book. In the space at the top of the counterfoil put the date of 2 birth if under 18 on the 10th October, 1942, as in the specimen above, giving day, month and year. 3 Cut out counterfoil and hand it to the milk retailer with whom you are NOW registered.
