GAS ACT, 1948 Notice to Holders of Securities of Gas Undertakings. (This notice should be retained.) The Minister of Fuel and Power has declared by Order that 6th February, 1950. These securities will be extinguished on instead on that date holders of British Gas redeemable at par) calculated in accordance with Where the Gas Council did not 6th February, 1950, and 3 per cent. Guaranteed Stock, the rates mentioned make a payment of interest on British Gas Stock issuable by way of compensation, make such payment to holders of securities the Minister, as will complete the discharge Direction will be paid on the British Gas Stock on 1st May, 1950.
