The Minister of Fuel and Power has declared by Order that the values of the undermentioned securities have been determined under Part II of the Act, and has declared the Conversion Date to be 1st May, 1950. These securities will be extinguished on 1st May, 1950, and the holders thereof will become instead on that date holders of British Gas 3 per cent. Guaranteed Stock, 1990-1995 (issued at par and redeemable at par) calculated in accordance with the rates mentioned below.
