241 GAS ACT, 1948 to Holders of Securities of Gas Undertakings. (This notice should be retained.) The Minister of Fuel and Power has declared by Order that the values of the undermentioned securities have been determined under Part II of the Act, Conversion Date being 28th August, 1950, on which date the securities will extinguished and the holders thereof will become instead holders of British Gas 3 cent. Guaranteed Stock 1990-1995 (issued at par and redeemable at par) calculated in accordance with the rates mentioned below.
