239 GAS ACT, 1948 Notice to Holders of Securities of Gas Undertakings. (This notice should be retained.) The Minister of Fuel and Power has declared by Order that the values of the undermentioned securities have been determined under Part II of the Act and has declared the Conversion Date to be 5th December, 1949. These securities will be extinguished on 5th December, 1949, and the holders thereof will become instead on that date holders of British Gas 3 per cent. Guaranteed Stock, 1990-1995 (issued at par and redeemable at par) calculated in accordance with the rates mentioned below.
