266 ISSUED BY THE BOARD OF TRADE Utility Furniture WHO CAN GET IT AND HOW TO GET IT Arrangements for the supply of utility furniture have now been completed. With the present shortage of materials and labour it can only be supplied to those who obtain an official permit. These permits will be issued to the following:— (1) People who are about to set up a home for the first time, provided they were married since the beginning of 1941 or intend to marry within two months of applying for the permit.
