267 ISSUED BY THE BOARD OF TRADE CLOTHES RATIONING Changes in coupon values Details are given below of a number of changes in the clothing coupon rates— As from August 15th, 1943 LESS coupons required Seamless non-woollen stockings for women—reduced to 11/2 coupons per pair Men's woollen socks reduced to 2 coupons per pair MORE coupons required Boots and shoes— FOR MEN: increased to 9 coupons per pair FOR WOMEN: increased to 7 coupons per pair FOR CHILDREN: No change ¶ No change for wooden-soled footwear (men's 7 coupons per pair, women's 5) or for Women's WXC grade Utility shoes (5 coupons per pair).
