264 CLOTHES RATIONING COUPON changes [ON AND AFTER 11th OCTOBER, 1942] IN order to ensure fair dis- tribution of the limited supplies of towels now avail- able, all towels, including tea-towels and glass-cloths, are to be put on the ration as from October 11th. The coupon rates will be as follows:— Not more than 6 sq. feet in area 1 coupon From 6 to 12 sq. feet 2 coupons Over 12 sq. feet 3 coupons Special arrangements will be made for factories and certain other establishments, but for hotels and boarding-houses these arrangements will only cover tea-towels.
