To get your supplies after that date you have to fill in only one Application Form which covers all three schemes. This form is ready now at your Food Office and you should get it and fill it in this week for certain. You will find all the necessary instructions printed on the form. After filling it in, you should return it immediately to the Food Office with tile main Ration Book of every applicant whose name you have filled in.
