So big that even the specialist in gas is often a specialist in one particular field. The world of catering, for example, may be faced with gas problems entirely differ- ent from those facing Health Authorities or industrial users or architects or users of gas for large-scale heating. The Gas Council, as the central advisory body, and the Area Gas Boards are continually co-ordinating the necessary information on all gas problems.
