The public, traders and Press have co-operated in making the big change work smoothly. There are naturally a number of points which need further explanation. Goods made specially for a customer. A concession has already been announced for made-to-measure goods on order before 1st June, under which the goods if delivered before 14th June do not require coupons; this date has now been extended to 21st June.
