HERE is good news for housewives— and for everyone who has to fill up his own Ration Book. Several changes in rationing procedure have been made which will save a great deal of time and trouble all round. As one result of these changes it is no longer necessary to fill in the counter- foils at the top of the pages of coupons in your new Ration Book. These Ration Books were printed before the simplifications were made : so here is something you should do as soon as your book arrives. Cross out the paragraphs numbered five and six on page 3.
