265 A NEW SALAD AND A NEW DRESSING OXO gives a specially delicious flavour made this way into summer salad or salad dressing. POTATO SALAD 1 lb. Potatoes 1/2 tablesp. ma###garine 1 tablesp. parsley (chopped) 1/2 Oxo cube 2 tablesp. vinegar Salt & pepper Boil the potatoes in their jackets until tender. Strip off the skin and cut them into dice. Make the margarine hot, add seasoning and the finely crumbled Oxo. Whisk until the Oxo is dissolved then pour over the hot potatoes. With a wooden spoon carefully turn over until the fat is absorbed.
