MOCK LOBSTER SALAD Ingredients: 8 oz. cooked white fish, free from skin and bone, 5 tablespoons thick salad dressing, 11/2 teaspoons of a Worcester sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 level teaspoon sugar, 1-11/2 level teaspoons salt, pinch of pepper, 11/2 teaspoons vinegar, lettuce, watercress, radishes, tomatoes or other salad, a little paprika pepper, a little finely chopped parsley.
