What do I do… to keep ships free to carry war supplies

1 Jan 1941

What do I do... to keep ships free to carry war supplies? I eat more freely the foods we grow in this country. I eat more oatmeal: because it has the same healthful qualities as wholemeal bread—and because it is cheap. I eat more carrots: because we have a big surplus of these which must not be wasted—and because they purify the blood. I eat more potatoes: because they give energy and protection against illness. Cut this out—and keep it! Issued by The Ministry of Information Space presented to the Nation by the Brewers' Society 432.
