1 Post-scripts No. 4 Far too many telegrams are being sent. Many of them should have been yesterday's letters. By thinking ahead instead of allowing your mind to lie abed, the strain on the Nation's man-power would be eased. It takes several thousand messengers to deliver all the telegrams handed in each day. If you must send a telegram, hand it in early in the day and, if possible, address it to a telephone number. Think and write instead! Issued by the General Post Office.
