STUFFED TOMATOES 4 medium-sized tomatoes; 4 oz. corned beef, chopped; 4 level tablespoons breadcrumbs; 1/2 level teaspoon salt; 1/2 level teaspoon pepper. Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out pulp and core.
