They're the foods that build you up and keep you merry and bright whatever infections may be about. this winter, so I advise you all to eat plenty of green vegetables (especially watercress), carrots, potatoes, and salads. Make sure of these protective foods and then you can eat what you like—and you should keep fighting fit.
