PUDDING & POINTS Let's use some of our points to solve the pudding problem. For some men and most children it's the "afters" that make the meal. Fruit Whip FOR A PARTY SWEET SERVE IN INDIVIDUAL GLASSES Ingredients : 3 level tablespoons semolina, 1/2 pint milk, 1/2 pint fruit pulp, 3 level table- spoons sugar, lemon essence to taste. Method: Mix the semolina to a smooth paste with a little of the milk. Bring the remaining milk to the boil. Pour over blended semolina and return to pen. Bring to boil, stirring all the time, and cook for 5 minutes.
