Risotto Ingredients: 1 oz. bacon fat, 1 or 2 spring onions, chopped, 6 oz. cooked rice, 4 oz. finely shredded cabbage, 4-6 oz. chopped grilled fat bacon, salt and pepper, chopped parsley. Method: Melt the fat and fry the onion, rice and cabbage for 10-15 minutes.
