Coal means not only the coal and coke you burn. It means gas and electricity too, because coal goes into their making. FIVE WAYS TO SAVE COAL START NOW 1. Do not let taps drip— even cold water has to be pumped—that uses coal. 4. Never use the oven for a single dish. Put in something for to-morrow 2. Turn out unnecessary as well.
