THIS COLUMN explains how many Fuel Units you should not exceed if you are to keep within your target, according to where you live and the number of rooms you use. 1 Comprising Lancashire (in- cluding the County Borough of Manchester), Cheshire (only Stalybridge and Hyde Division), Derbyshire (only the High Peak Division), York- shire and all counties to the north of these. The whole of Scotland forms part of the Northern Zone. 2 Comprising Cardiganshire, Breconshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridge and Suffolk and all counties to the north of these up to and including Cheshire (other than the Stalybridge and Hyde Division), Derbyshire (other than the High Peak Division), Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
