How many unnecessary hours have they remained standing still at your wharf, your loading bay? For those hours they were no longer in the transport system of the nation. Could you have saved any of that time—got the vehicles on the move again a little sooner? Ten minutes saved in each hour of standstill time would give an immense impetus to our war transport all over the country.
