USE MORE POTATOES Mr. Duncan Graham, whose official duties bring him in very close personal touch with the Bakery Industry in Northern Ireland, is urging all bakers in his area to do all they can to substitute potatoes for flour in the manufacture of cake and flour confectionery. Mr. Duncan Graham says:—"The Minister of Food has issued an appeal to all bakers to do all they can to substitute potatoes for flour in the manufacture of Cake and Flour Confectionery.
