300 THE NEW ISSUE OF 21/2% Bonds Defence MAY BE HELD BY Any person in his private capacity • Parents or guardians on behalf of children under seven years of age • Trustees • Limited Companies • Charitable Bodies, Friendly Societies and Corporate Bodies generally. MAXIMUM HOLDING NOW £2,500 This means that where there is already a holding of the previous maximum of £2,000 worth of earlier Defence Bond issues, a further £500 may be invested in the new issue. EVERY £5 INVESTED WILL HELP TOWARDS THE NATIONAL TARGET OF £520 MILLIONS Issued by the National Savings Committee.
