The answer is—when it's are dried beans, peas should be combined with meat as a main dish and and greens or other vegetable using, and use this water for the cooking. Pulses do not contain such building material as animal origin—cheese, meat, milk, fish and eggs. But add a little milk in the form of a sauce, or a little grated cheese, and your baked beans or pease-pudding almost as much good as fact, under certain you more good, because pulses more extras in the form of vitamins than the steak.
