This advertisement will appear in Mid-April Popular and Women's Weeklies, 1945 It is natural that youngsters in their teens should have bigger appetites than grown-ups. For they are growing and forming bone and muscle ; and their bodies are changing, developing into maturity. They need more food. A healthy appetite is a guide to the quantity, but not neces- sarily to the kind of food they need. Like younger children, adolescents require a higher proportion of building foods and protective foods than the grown-ups.
